Pre-registration with the Commission prior to your prelicense course exam is required to allow scheduling of the state license exam and issuing of a license. This information is required to expedite the exchange of information among your instructor, the exam provider and the state of Alabama.
Anyone who does not currently hold a real estate license and wants to apply to become an Administrator or CE Instructor must use this pre-registration process to obtain an ID number to be used on the appropriate application.
