Official (License) Document Printing Qualifying Brokers must login using "Company" license number, YOUR last 4 digits of SSN and YOUR Date of Birth to print licenses. Remember hard copies of licenses will NOT be mailed unless the Qualifying Broker sends a written request (License Print and Mail Form) to the Commission.
